Hefeweizen, 14oz, 4.9%

Weyermann Pale wheat and Pilsner malt. Small hop addition, mashed for over 4 hours with a single decoction. Light-bodied and incredibly drinkable. Banana and bubblegum up front with faint clove, cold-aged one month, highly carbonated. This beer is named for my middle daughter.
